ILR application for Wife and Son whether SET(M) or SET(O)

Hi,
i got ILR in 2014 via Tier-2 Intra company transfer and got British citizenship in 2018.

my wife and son came to UK in 2016 as Spouse/Partner Definite Leave to Remain and Dependent Leave to Remain Visa categories and extended 2019 to finish 5 Years.

now i'm going to apply ILR for both of them, i'm confused whether should i fill SET(o) OR SET(M) application, both seems ok.

Could some please advise me which form should i fill?

Thanks
Alagesan

Set O is for those who hold a PBS or oba dependent visa, ie tier 2 or tier 2 dependent etc.

Set m is for those who hold FLR M visa.

Each route has different requirements that must be met.

Your spouse is on FLR m spouse visa.

Your previous tim on tier 2 ICT is irrelevant to their application for ILR as they came to the UK on a visa based on your ilr (spouse of ilr holder) and not tier 2.
