Am I eligible for ILR under following switches ?
1) initially came on ICT visa
ICT Start Date - 24/01/2016
2) switched to being dependent on my wife’s tier 2 visa in my 4th year of ICT visa
switched to Tier 2 General Dependent- 10/03/2020
3) Later got my own own tier 2 general ( now called skilled worker) visa and moved to my own skilled worker visa .
switched to skilled worker visa - PBS Start Date - 06/09/2021 End date 14/10/2024
The idea is to gain ILR earlier since my son will be dependent on me getting ILR . My son switched visa with me in no. 2 on wife’s dependant visa after being initially on my ICT dependent visa for around 3 years and 5 months

On what basis are you hoping to qualify for ilr, it is not clear from your post.
If based on 5 years, then no you don't qualify until 2026, after 5 years on skilled worker visa.
You also only qualify for ilr based on 10 years long Residence in early 2026 or very late December 2025. If your spouse doesn't have or qualify for ilr at this point, then your son cannot apply either unless he has his own qualifying 10 years legal stay.
5 year duration for minor child ? Does that apply?

Do dependent minor child also have to complete 5 years to apply for ILR or they can apply to ILR once parent can apply .
Note in this case 1 parent would have ILR and other parent would wait for 10 year route for another 3 years

The child will only qualify for ilr when both parents have or are applying for ilr.
Children do not have the 5 year requirement, but will only qualify when both parents do or already have ilr.

Wife will apply for ILR next year and if I apply on basis of 10 year route then based on the answer earlier my son can also apply with me in dec 2025 or early 2026 and it will not make a difference if he has completed 5 years or not
Please correct if I am wrong

Correct. Your son will follow the immigration path of the less privileged parent
Children do not have a qualifying period for ILR and their status will depend on their parents' status
