Please help!! I'm beside myself with worry. I had all documents ready even before application submission. Something came up and I couldn't submit my application, I left it for later and as soon as I could, I submitted my application. Problem is the 28 day rule for documents.

Application submitted for set(m) - 24th November, 2021
Last payslip dated - 27th October, 2021

That is my worry. I have calculated this date after submitting my application and it is exactly 28 days. Is my calculation right please and what are the implications of this please?

2) my 6 months payslip were May- October 2021. Is this OK please?

Please your prompt response is highly appreciated!

For the such documents like payslip and bank statement, the rule is to provide doucment that is not older than than 1 calendar month. Calendar month is not calculated as 28 days. So any payslip dated after 24 October should work.

Please see the following item from the document list I received at the end of my submission. This is for a Tier 2 / Skilled Worker --> ILR application:

Your most recent payslip and bank or building society statement. These must be dated no earlier than one calendar month before the date of application.

For Set M applications it is 28 days as clearly stated in the financial requirements document Appendix 1.7

silver75.. thank you for your response but it is indeed 28 days for set (m) applications.

@CR001. Thank you for responding. It says 28 days BEFORE the date of application. I calculated it to mean 28 days before 24th November, 2021, i.e, Nov 24th minus 28 days and I got 27th October, 2021. Am I right please? I used a calculator you have earlier posted on someone's question. Thank you
