DO NOT tag your question on random posts on the forum
Tier 2 does not exist anymore as it has been replaced by the Skilled Worker visa route

Hi Zimba,
Sure no problem. But I was planning for ILR and identified this forum as regarding planning the process for ILR set (O), hence posted it here. Apologies for any inconvenience .
Also my query was related to ILR set (O) document check list. The case worker guidance link only has details about skilled worker visa. But I am planning to apply for ILR set (o) as I am currently completing 5 years under Tier 2 general. Please advise. Thanks in advance for your support and help.
Looking fwd to hearing back.
regards Sen

Tier 2 does not exist and for your ILR, the skilled worker rules apply now

There is a section dedicated to settlement.
Hence you must refer to the guide above. There is no other source of information
