ILR Clarifications

Hi Admins,
Apologies if i'm asking the questions which were already answered before.

Im on tier 2 general visa as a main applicant.

1) My details:
Vignette : 14/03/2017 to 13/04/2017
BRP (Place and date of issue): 28/02/2017
First entry date in UK: 07/04/2017
Could you please tell me what date should i be using to calculate 5 years to find out the eligibility date for applying ILR

2) Below are my absence details from UK.
Departure (UK) Arrival (UK) Absence Duration
12/06/2018 08/09/2018 89
20/11/2018 12/02/2019 85
04/03/2019 07/03/2019 4
18/10/2019 01/12/2019 45
28/10/2021 19/12/2021 53

Would this impact my ILR application ?

3) Would fixed 12 months rule or rolling 12 months rule for 180 days absence applies to me ?

4) What documents should I need to provide for my ILR application.

4) My wife is on tier 2 general dependent visa granted before 2018. Would the 180 days absence rule apply for my wife as i see there is a new rule in on 11 Jan 2018 that the 180 days rule will apply to dependants as well.
My wife visa details:
Vignette : 14/03/2017 to 13/04/2017
BRP (Place and date of issue): 28/02/2017
First entry date in UK: 07/04/2017

5) What documents should I need to provide for my wife ILR application if applying separately.

6) What documents should I need to provide for my wife ILR application if applying together.

7) My daughter was born in the UK on 6th march 2018. After she was born, I got indian passport applied for her in UK and upon receipt, we travelled to India on 12th June 2018, without applying for tier 2 general dependent visa in the UK. Later in 2019 I applied for her first tier 2 general dependent visa from india.
Below are her visa details:
Vignette: 15/04/2019 to 15/05/2019
BRP (Place and date of issue): 17/04/2019
BRP Valid until: 13/04/2022
UK entry date: 13/05/2019

Below are her absence details from UK:
Departure (UK) Arrival (UK) Absence Duration
12/06/2018 13/05/2019 336 (period when she didnt had BRP/ tier2 general dependent visa)
18/10/2019 01/12/2019 45
28/10/2021 19/12/2021 53

Will her above absences leads to rejection of her citizenship certificate application which i'll apply post my ILR is approved ?

8) What document should I need to provide for my daughter citizenship certificate application (MN1) ?

Thanks.

Hi,

could you please also confirm on below question.

9) I had a red signal jump fine on the 1st year and I had also paid the fine. At that time, I didnt had UK Driving License and I was driving on my indian driving license.
could you please confirm if i need to specify this in the ILR application? if yes does it lead to rejection of my application ?
Incase if i do need to specify the details about fine, would it be my indian driving license number, i need to enter in the application form ?
I got my first UK driving license on the 4th year. specifying the UK driving license number wouldnt be right i guess as at the time of incident i didnt had UK driving license.

Thanks

Could you please confirm if below documents be sufficient
For Me:

4) Most recent payslip or bank statement (for last 2 years)
5) Council Tax letter which as both my wife and my name (for last 2 years)
6) Electricity and Gas bill with my name (for 2 years)
7) Sponsor letter on employment
8) Sponsor letter on absence
9) Evidence of immigration status in the UK (will this be just BRP or travel vignette) ?
10) LIUK pass email copy

For My Wife:
1) Passport (new and old)- all pages

As i'll be providing joint bank account statement for my wife's application. Do i need to select YES for below ?
Qa): Is the account with a bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people?

Qb): Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and
supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support?

Thanks
