ILR on spouse Visa after 5 years

Hi,
My spouse visa will be expired in early May, but as far as I know I can apply 28 days prior to my first entrance in UK 5 years ago which will be the early Feb 2022 as I was already lived in UK. In this respect I have read before that exactly 3 years before ILR applying I need to confirm that I was in the UK even not on holiday.
My question is: is this right that I need to prove where I was 3 years before the exact time of current applying for ILR? Also if it is right, I want to know how I can prove that I was on holiday the same time 3 years ago?

Not true and not sure where you read this.

There is NO such requirment for ILR. The physically present in the UK is mandatory requirement when applying for British citizenship, not ILR.
