Hello All ,

I'm going to apply for my spouse ILR visa, She is currently holding PBS dependant visa from May 2019 and her visa is going to expire in may 2022 , since she has completed her 5 + years in UK , she is now eligible for ILR . I'm already holding ILR from 2018 as a main applicant.

I do have a specific question regarding her English language test requirement : She already passed her GESE Grade CEFR B1.1 from Trinity college London in Feb 2019 . I'm not 100 % sure if this certificate has any expiry date or not ?
My question is :
- Can she use the same certificate for her ILR application in May 2022 OR need to re-apply for similar English language test again ? please help

Validity is for 2 years however if the English language test was used successfully to apply for a visa that requires the test previously and is currently on HO list then it can be reused.

She needs a new B1 test. PBS Dependents are not (and never have been) required to meet the English requirement. So regardless of taking a test previously, it would have been disregarded and ignored for a PBS dependent extension.
