Hi All,
I’m going to submit an ILR application for myself (tier 2 general) and my husband (tier 2 general dependant). Initially my husband was on tier 2 ICT visa and then switched to tier 2 general dependant within uk.

There is a question on application form,

When did you first enter the UK?(This is the date you entered the UK when the period of stay you are basing this application on started.)

Can you please advise which date we need to provide here?
Option 1. The date he switched to my dependant visa (within uk) ? ( 15-08-2018)
Option 2. The date he enter in UK on Tier 2 ICT? (14-03-2015)
Option 3. The date which I enter in uk with tier 2 general visa? (01-05-2017)

Your husband does not qualify for ilr yet. He needs 5 years as a tier 2 dependent before he can apply for ilr.
