ILR Marriage

I have submitted my application and paid for my ILR today without solicitor and I really need help and guidance please.

- My BRP will expire on 7th April 2022, I arrived in the UK on 23rd January 2017. Did I apply ILR at the right time?
- I was taken to UKVCAS to upload docs, but I accidentally pressed submit. I'm in a panic mode right now as I am missing a lot of my husband's documents. I can still add docs, but the docs I have uploaded before are now showing "submitted". What should I do?
- There's no available appointment anywhere in UKVCAS and I haven't been invited for IDV what is that?
- What are the next steps?
- Is the super priority still not available?
- I have some holidays abroad coming up in May and June, how long will the decision take? Is it ok for me to go on hols even my BRP expires in April?

Thank you.

All documents uploaded up to the appointment day will be submitted to UKVI, so don't worry.

Keep checking UKVCAS and your email. The invitation can have some delay. If invited for IDV, you upload documents to IDV not UKVCAS.

Not possible to change to super priority after submitting application form, unless you withdraw it and re-apply.

You should not leave the common travel area before the decision. The application might be cancelled if you do. The process can take up to 6 months. Besides, you will face problems when coming back because you do not have a valid BRP
