Set(O) application query - Dependant Partner not yet eligible

Hello,

I am eligible for ILR application via 5 years on the skilled worker visa. My wife who is with me as a dependent partner still needs to wait for 2 years before she is eligible for ILR. I would like to know what I need to do regarding her leave to remain when I apply for the ILR. The Set(O) form has an option to include a dependant partner but that seems to be applicable if she is also eligible for ILR, but there is no option if she is not yet eligible. Do I need to file a separate application to extend her leave to remain? If yes, do I need to do it with my application or after my ILR has been approved?

Thank you very much!

Yes a separate application to extend her PBS dependent visa.

She can apply at the same time as you or anytime before her current visa expires.

Thank you for your response!

I see a link to "extend or switch to your Skilled Worker visa as your partner" on this webpage : https://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa/ ... d-children

Is that the correct link? Please let me know if there is another link to the correct extension form based on the ILR. It is a bit confusing.

Thanks again!
