then Switch to Spouse Visa Nov 2012
extension Non-Financial Requirement 2.5 years we extended.
Number of years: 11 Years 3 Months spent in the UK
Three children from the marriage

Does she's eligible for ILR on long residence
Please advise which Application she needs to fill

If your friend has 10 years of legal stay and meets all he standard requirements, they can apply for ilr based on long residence.
