I need your help to find out about my wife visa. Please read the history below:

My wife came to UK in 2014, I had Tier-1 general visa at that time so she came to UK as spouse.

Then on my Tier-1 General extension my visa was refused in 2015 that took 5 years to get it sorted as in 2020 UKVI withdrawn their decision and given me ILR and now I am British citizen also my 6 year kid. At that time UKVI put my wife on 10 year partner route and the extension is due in July.

Q1 - which application should I use to extend her visa which will not break the continuous stay in UK from
2014 ?
Q2 - As she is living in this country from 2014, can she apply for ILR in 2024 ? 10 years continuous stay ?

All visas count towards long residence so she can apply in 2024. For now, she can extend using FLR(M) under family route or FLR(FP) under the partner route

if she apply for FLR(FP) will she be needed a English language certificate ? and any requirements for sponsor earnings ?

Under FLR FP route no she don’t need to show English language certificate also don’t need to declare any earnings.

Is there a list of documents needed ? or it is just the form need to be filled and submit with the IHS fee ?

You will get the list of required documents when you apply
