Came in 2004, applied aslyum in 2008.. absconded in 2012… then applied again FRESH Claim ( further submission) in 2013-2014. Got first LTR in 2018.. and now on 2nd LTR. Do u think we can qualify under 10 year long residence rule? Many thanks

To qualify for ILR based on 10 years long residence, you need 10 years of legal status in the UK. It is not about just living here.
You don't have 10 years legal status if you only got ltr in 2018.

He applied asylum 2008 and he got temporary admission then he Absconded in 2012 and then he applied Further submission in 2013 and he continue reporting and his temporary admission continue until 2018 and after that he granted leave to remain in 2018 after further submission,
question is that his temporary admission count Lawful since 2013 because he started reporting and he again got temporary admission .
Temporary admission count Lawful residence if leave to remain granted in Long residence rules. so his 10 years long residence is going to complete in 2023?

Unless he was issued temporary admission in 2013, then he did not have valid lawful residence until 2018. Reporting is not the same as temporary admission
