Need your suggestion . If the main applicant gets ILR in 3 years (Accelerated route Tier-1 ENT) . WIll the child under 18 will get after one of the parent gets ILR before 5 years ?

The child will qualify when the other parent does after 5 years

Children born outside the UK follow the immigration status of the second/less-privileged parent and therefore the child will be eligible to apply for ILR along with the second parent, as CR001 has advised above.
