Cover letter for my application

Hello, i have made a standard application for Set M. as there was no option for priority service. Now my concern is that i need decision by july in order to get admission in university. Can i write a letter to home office about my situation so that they can consider my case for early processing. Is there any hope. My case is straight forward.

You should have waited and checked at midnight when it becomes available. Priority service is not suspended.

If you have not paid for priority, you can ask UKVI to expedite your application for this reason. It is not an exceptional reason at all. It is also not up to you to decide if your case is straightforward or not, UKVI makes this decision.
