ILR application and my previous tier 2 expiry date

ILR application and my previous tier 2 expiry date
Hi All,
My statute is:
1-I applied for IILR on 20/05/2022 (20th of May) and I was asked to book an appointment to upload my documents.
2- The expiry date of my current Tier2 visa is the 27th of May.
3- The first available time slot for booking an appointment to deliver my documents is the 17th of Jun which is after the expiry date of my current Tier2 Visa
My concern is that:
Considering that the date of my application for ILR is before the expiry date of my current Tier2, and my appointment date is after the expiry date of my current VISa, Does this acceptable? and doesn't it account for an overstay in the UK? (I would like to thank you in advance for your kind reply)
