Dependant Turns 18

My wife and her daughter are on the 5 year route and we'll be applying for ILR at the beginning of next year.
The daughter will be turning 18 next month (June 2022). Will this change anything? Will she still be a dependant and apply with her mum? Will she need to take the Life in the UK and B1 tests the same as her mum?
