application purged

I Applied ILR in december 2020 using set(O) , and was asked to fill in application set (M) in april 2021 .
Asked to book biometric in july 2021 , which has already been submitted .

Kept chasing the application and was told to wait due to covid , it takes longer , no correspondance from homeoffice at all .

Got my MP involved in april 2022 and received a response that biometrics submitted were for application set(o) and needs to apply for biometrics for set(M) ,and can not use the previous biometric data. when called to book appointment was informed that application has been purged and cant book the appointment .

called UKVCAS and homeoffice again and again and nothing is working , even MP can not help as they have stopped responding.

Any one have any idea , how to activate this application or have a phone number or email can give conclusion to this nightmare.

or anyways to get refund for previous applicationa and get new one running?

What do you mean by 'which has already been submitted' ??
You must enrol your biometrics for each application separately. If you were told to apply for a new SET(M) you must have booked and enrolled your biometrics AGAIN. If you failed to do this, your application would have been treated as invalid. So did you enrol your biometrics for your SET(M) application or not ?

I attended Biometric for first application,
When i received email for me to attend inarch 2022 , i called for verification, and was told that if you have already submitted biometrics , please wait . That email was a generic email sent in an error

So i havent attended biometric for second application.

My issue is that if first application didnt go anywhere then there was no need to ask me to pay 275 pounds to attend biometrics for that application in the first place.

After getting tired of no response from homeoffice i got my local mp involved and,

I received an email from FLRM administrative assistant and thats when i came to know about this issue.

Now i have been trying to book appointment for second application and it s going no where.
My UKVCAS account doesnt work and phone line says the application is purged.

So is there any way out without paying extortionate amount again?

I have called several time to homeoffice and have been told that we can not activate your application.

Local mp havent responded to my query in last 3 weeks , so not sure what to do.

It is not up to you to make assumptions about application procedures. You first applied using the wrong form for ILR and then you were told that you need to apply for a new application under the correct form for your immigration route. This is your first error.
When you phoned up probably the advisor thought that you already enrolled your biometrics for the second application even though you did not.

You must enrol your biometrics for each application separately. How you feel about this is not important. The fact that you had already done it for a previous application was irrelevant. You get 45 days after submission of your application to do this or else your application is invalid and you are rendered as an overstayer since your last visa expiry. So you do not have a pending application. Your failure to enrol your biometrics for the second application is your second error.

Your errors have very likely made your chances of getting ILR an impossibility now. This is why it is important to seek advice if you do not know what you are doing. You might have to apply using form FLR(M) again and start your 5-year qualifying period from scratch.
