ILR for Dependents

Hi,

I was on Tier 1 HS Entrepreneur granted from 29 - 12 - 2016 to 29 - 12 - 2019 and then got the extension from 23 - 06 - 2020 to 23 - 06 - 2022. Then I switched to ILR under the 10-year residency route on 15 - 01 - 2021 and now I have an indefinite visa.

My family came to this country on 12 July 2017 on a Dependent VISA from 10 - 11 - 2017 to 29 - 12 - 2019 and then got an extension from 23 - 06 - 2020 to 23 - 06 - 2022. They didn't change their VISA route and stayed on the same T1 route. Now their VISA is expired on 23m June 2022.

My question is what should I need to do? Can we make an ILR application as they have spent 5 years on this T1 dependent VISA or there is any change due to I have switched to the 10-year route of ILR?

Thanks

They have to switch to FLR(M) visa meeting the English and financial requirements. They should have switched when you got ILR based on 10 years long residence.

No they cannot as they don't qualify for ILR based on 5 years PBS Dependent visas if you got ILR based on 10 years long residence.

Yes, they have to switch to FLR(M) visa which is a 2 x 2.5 year visa route before they can apply for ILR after 5 years on FLR(M) visa.
