Can you please help with the below queries.

1) My friend has started working on her Tier 2 visa from 11th Sep 2017 but her visa was issued on 24 Aug 2017. Her start date was delayed as she need to collect the BRP before starting the employment in the UK. On the employment letter the start date was listed as 11 Sep 2017, even though visa was issued on 24 Aug 2017, do you think it will be an issue?

2) The earliest date she can apply is after 26 July 2022?

ILR under skilled worker route has nothing to do with a job start date. It is based on the initial visa issue date. 5 years minus 28 days is when you can apply

Thanks, my friend has her initial tier 2 visa vignette on 24 Aug 2017 in the passport and after coming to the UK she collected the BRP and the date of issue on the BRP was 30 Aug 2017.
So, can she apply
-After 26 July 2022 considering vignette date(24Aug2017)
or
-After 01 Aug 2022, as per the BRP date of issue(30Aug2017)?
I have read other topics but was confused with date of application,apologies if this has been a repeated request.

And on the application there is a question about date of entry to the UK? She came on dependent visa in 2015, Does she need to enter the Tier 2 visa entry date or Dependent visa entry date?
Fyi, she changed from dependent visa to tier 2 visa in Aug 2017.

ILR eligibility is based on first visa issue date. So the earliest date should be used. What she puts on the form does not change the rules of eligibility.

That means she can apply any time after 26 July 2022 before her current tier 2 visa expiry date (18 Aug 2022).
