Tier 1 ent PBS dependent to ILR

Hello moderators and fellow people, I had a few questions regarding my application.

1. I am pretty sure that my type of allocation is eligible for super priority and priority service, am I correct ?
2. If I am, do u possibly know the status of super priority and priority service these days, any significant lag reported ?
3. Same questions for biometrics in london these days, any significant lag reported or normal service as usual
4. I have also heard that they may sometimes email you that they may not be able to honour the super priority timeframe even if u have paid for it. How common is this and does it depend on complexity of application. To put my case into perspective, my father took the tier 1 ent accelerated route and got his ILR 2 years ago, us as his dependents are now eligible for ilr after 5 years hence we are applying for it.
5. Unlike my family (siblings and mother) I have not resided in the UK over the last 5 years whilst holding PBS dependent status. I visited normal every summer and started living in the UK just last year (final year leading upto eligibility for ILR). I have read that there is no time limit on children dependents for living in the UK, is this true and should this have any significant affect on my application, mind you that my PBS dependent extension was approved without any complications. Plus I turned 18 just last year in september.

6. As I have to urgently travel while my family doesn’t, is it possible that I get super priority service if available and they get priority service while submitting our applications together ?

Sorry for the long questions, just really Anxious. Thanks in advance !!

1. Yes
2. Online Application - Why there is no Super Priority Service Option ?
3- This depends on UKVCAS availability. Cannot comment
4- It depends on the complexity of your application. This is up to the UKVI
5- Children do not have a qualifying period for ILR. They settle when both parents settle
6- Your ILR depends on your parent's ILR, they must be granted ILR before or at the same time as you. Your eligibility depends on their status

Thank you so much for your swift reply Zimba, I highly appreciate it !. Just a couple more follow up q's please.
4. I understand you can not give a definitive answer to the q I am about to ask neither do I require one but given your valuable experience and knowledge, How complex is my case for ilr, I personally believe it is relatively simple as my whole family are dependent on my father who was given ILR 2 years ago, we don't have any criminal convictions or anything else worrying which should put a strain on our application so just need your insight on this.

for q's 5 and 6, I turned 18 last year in september. Do I still qualify as a child in the eyes of the home office or how does that work ?

Once again thanks in advance !

Complex from UKVI's point of view not from yours or mine. People often claim their cases to be straightforward but UKVI may take a different view. This is why we cannot tell. You will be treated under the same rules as you were granted a visa before turning 18. You just need to pass an English test, LIUK test and must not be living an independent life.
