A friend has been in the UK for 4+ years (initially under Tier 2 visa and now as a skilled worker visa). His annual salary is £26000. Is there any minimum £35000 annual salary required for ILR?

Don't seem to find such requirement on HO website. Please advise.

There is no longer a min £35k salary requirement for ILR. The min salary your friend needs to have will depend on the SOC code of his or her job. Also, the sponsor must confirm that they will pay at least this salary for the foreseeable future,.
