Hi,

Iam applying for my ILR (Tier-1 Entrepreneur) it is a new business started. I would like to know whether I need to submit all the jobs created in last 5 years or I need to mention only jobs which were there after my 1st extension which is 03-Jun-2020 onwards or I need to mention all the below mentioned jobs from last 5 years.

Hi,

Iam applying for my ILR using Tier-1 Entrepreneur 5 years route.

1st Extension got on 01-Sep-2020
During my extension, I submitted the following documents.

• Provided documents related to £207K Investment in a new business in UK

• Provided documents related to 2 Job creations in my new business within 3 years

When Iam filling my (Tier-1 Entrepreneur) ILR application. I need help in the below 2 questions.

Question-1:
INVESTMENT IN A UK BUSINESS:
Question: Have you previously provided evidence of the full investment in a previous Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) application?
Answer: YES

During my Tier-1 Entrepreneur Extension application, I have provided Business Bank Statements: (From the start of my business 01-May-2017 till 31-May-2020) during this time I have shown all the £207K investments in my business and I applied for my extension on 04-Jun-2020 and received my extension on 01-Sep-2020.

Now my question is for ILR application:
Do I need to submit all the Business Bank Statements from 01-May-2017 till the date when Iam submitting my ILR application (Planned Date is 20-Jun-2022) or I need to submit Business Bank Statements from 04-Jun-2020 till 20-Jun-2022?

Question-2:
JOB CREATION:
I created 2 Full time jobs as below.

1st Job (SALES EXECUTIVE):
Start Date: 06-Apr-2018
1st Employee Start Date: 06-Apr-2018
1st Employee End Date: 31-Jul-2019

2nd Employee Start Date: 01-Aug-2019
2nd Employee End Date: 30-Sep-2020

3rd Employee Start Date: 01-Sep-2020
3rd Employee End Date: STILL WORKING

2nd Job (IT SUPPORT):
Start Date: 02-Jul-2018
1st Employee Start Date: 02-Jul-2018
1st Employee End Date: STILL WORKING

Now my question is for ILR application:
Do I need to submit all the employees payslips from the date they started the job until MAY-2022 or do I need to submit the employees payslips from the date I got the Tier-1 Entrepreneur Extension which is 01-Sep-2020 onwards until 31-May-2022.

Do I need to provide a "Letter from an accountant confirming the job creation". I submitted this letter during my Extension, do I need to provide this letter again and do I need to mention the job creation dates only after my 1st extension onwards in this Letter?

Sorry for the long explanation.
Appreciate for your quick response. As the time is too short to submit my ILR application.

You must show that you either maintained two positions for 12 months or created two new positions AFTER you were granted an extension. You do not need to provide proof of investment again
