ILR 5 years period

Hello moderators,
I have a few questions regarding to my wife ILR time period.
Her situation:
1st visa: Skilled Worker Dependent starting from 13/02/2020. She entered the UK on 28/02/2022.
2nd visa: GTV Dependent visa ends 10/02/2025.
My GTV visa expired on 10/02/2025 but I intend to apply for ILR in 07/2022 when I meet 3-year requirement.
My questions are:
1. Is my wife visa counted as 5 years for her ILR ? (from 13/02/2020 to 10/02/2025).
2. If not, what is the best way for her to not reset the clock ? Should I still apply for ILR then she apply for the default 3 years extension to whenever after 13/02/2022 ? Or I have to extend my GTV then she can extend her GTV dependent too ?
Thank you very much.
Dan
