How soon before the five year date can I apply for ILR spouse visa?

Does anyone know how soon before the anniversary of the five year entry date can I apply for ILR?

No sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of entering the uk on a spouse visa (not a fiance visa).
The date of application is the date you submit and pay online.
