Hi, Me and My wife have completed 5yrs on Tier 2 General visa as of Jun 2022 and are applying for ILR now. We brought our daughter (11 yr old) from India a year after we came to UK, so she has completed 4yrs only. Can anyone suggest what Visa will she be on till she completes 5 yrs in 2023 and become eligible for ILR ?

I was also told we can apply for ILR for my daughter as well once we get ILR even though she's been in UK only for 4yrs. Is this the case?

FYI:
My Visa type is Tier 2 General
My wife and daughter are dependants (Written as PBS Dependant on their BRP cards).

She can apply when you do. There is no 5 year requirement for children.
