ILR : Document for WORKING outside UK(absence from UK)

A person who was working in UK from indian employer changes from ICT to PBS dependant visa. Now the same employer is not willing to keep employee in UK due to visa change and is asking employee to go back to india. On a PBS Dependent visa , if some one goes to india for two-three months to complete notice period which means the person is working in india.What document to show as evidence For this absence from UK ?
Employer wont give letter for your leaves since you are actually working for them.
Any pointers

No evidence required for a PBS Dependent visa holder. The absence simply needs to be declared in the ILR form.

Employer letter is for the main sponsored applicants NOT dependant visa holders.

thanks for confirming. Does that mean for PBS Dependent visa holders its upto applicant to voluntarily declare of absence more than 180 days.

It is mandatory to declare ALL absences of any duration for ILR for any PBS Dependent visa granted after 18th January 2018. Failure to do so could be seen as deception.
