Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?

Hello and good day,
I am currently applying for an Indefinite Leave to Remain status; I have only ever lived in the Philippines prior to applying for ILR here. When I came across the question in the title, I answered "No" since I thought that the question only asked for countries I have lived in other than my country of birth.
Am I in the wrong? Other people I know apparently put in Yes and proceeded to put their country of birth, followed by the dates from when they were born up to the point when they entered the UK.
If I am wrong, how can I rectify my error? Thanks in advance to any who can answer my query.
