Hello All,

I am on Tier2 General Visa. Need some guidance regarding my ILR application this year for myself and my dependents.

1)Which one is considered as the start date for ILR eligibility? Is this the Entry clearance visa stamping date, Date of actual entry to UK or BRP start date?

2) My Visa Entry clearance date is 14/11/17 and my dependents are 19/12/17. So I can apply for myself by 17th Oct, 2022 (28 days prior)? Can I apply for all of us or I will need to wait until they are eligible for 28 days prior to their entry clearance start date?

Please help.

2. You have to apply for them when they qualify. You can either apply when you qualify and they apply separately when they qualify or you all wait and apply when the dependents qualify and apply together.

Thanks a lot for the quick response. Is this advisable to apply along with dependents or its better for me to apply first in super priority, will that help my dependents application anyway?
