Spouse visa to ilr 5yrs route

Hello everyone,
Behalf of friend,
His wife spouse visa will be expired in 07/09/2023 as per brp card but as far as I know he can apply 28 days prior to expiring the brp card.
first brp issue date 08/03/2018.
Can someone please correct me also when earliest they can apply for ilr please advise?

She arrived on 30th march 2018..

In which case, she can apply from 28 days prior to the 30th March 2023 or any time between then and the expiration date on her current visa.

Not if the entry date of March 30th
2018 is correct in your earlier post.

I just double checked the entry date yes it is 30th march 2018 please advise accordingly thank you

In which case, your wife won't complete the required 5 years of residence until March 30th
2023. The earliest she can apply will be from 28 days prior to the qualifying date and before her current visa expires.
