Hi
I have applied for SET(O) end of feb 2022 and biometrics second week of march 2022, however i have not heard anything from HO.

My solicitor has said to wait till standard processing time which is 26 weeks.

Do i calculate time from date of application submitted or date of biometrics

The application will only be processed after your biometrics. ILR can take up to 6 months

Yes. It is between 8 week to 6 months. In some few case over 6 months
