Hi
I am currently holding ILR from December 2019 (Tier 2 general - 5 year route).
I have my husband and son(7 year old)who are on PBS dependent visa and are eligible for ILR next year, 2023.
They both came to the UK on Tier 2 ICT visa and became my dependent in May 2018. Their first Leave to Remain as PBS dependent was issued on May 08 2018.
I have the below questions :
1. Date on which they become eligible.
2. May I please know which form should they be using. I assume both applicant can be in one form.
3. List of Documents my husband and son need.
Below are the ones that I came up with :
1. Passport for both
2. BRP for both
3. 2 years evidence of cohabitation in both our names to prove subsisting relationship (Utility, Council Tax bills)
4. LIUK test certificate
5. English B1 test certificate
6. Any previous passport
7. Son Birth Certificate
8. Consent Form

From my side
1. Passport
2. BRP
3. Both Parents Bank Statements and Salary slips

Please let me know If I am missing anything here.

Hello Everyone,
One quick question in regards to the ILR submission date.
As I mentioned before, I have my husband and son(7 year old)who are on PBS dependent visa and are eligible for ILR next year, 2023.
They both came to the UK on Tier 2 ICT visa in 2016 and became my dependent in May 2018.
On the first BRP issued, the issue date is stated as May 8, 2018. I do not have the exact date on which the application was approved by Home Office though. It is definitely after April 26, 2018 as I have an email from Home office from that date asking me to get the Biometrics done at a nearby postoffice.
Could someone please confirm if I can stick with May 08,2018(given in BRP) as the application approval date and submit my application based on that that (ie. 28 days before 8th May 2023)
Thanks

Always the best course of action. Go with what you see in black and white. 8th of May as on BRP.
