Need your kind guidance
(1) I had Tier 2 visa and using 5 Year route i got ILR and also taken UK citizenship
(2 ) Now my wife and son , who have Tier 2 dependent visa finish their 5 years in UK this month.
Now I need to apply ILR for my son and wife.
Can you guide me to select the right application I need to fill in please?
I am confused between these 2 .
Apply as a partner (family visa)
Apply as a partner (dependant on a work visa)
Thanks

Hello,
I am applying for my family's ILR. I have the COS number for myself, should I be using the same number for my dependents? Many thanks.
Sponsor licence number
If they have one, what is <<wife name >>sponsor licence number?
You can find this information on <<wifes name>> Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) or Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS) statement. If you are able to provide this number, it will help us to link your applications together. If <,wife name >> does not have one or you do not know it, you can continue without entering a number.

Hello Again
For my wife's ILR application as a dependent, there is a question
You must have been granted a visa or permission to stay after meeting the language requirements at level B1 or above, For example:
scored level B1, B2, C1 or C2 on an approved English language test which assessed your reading, writing, speaking and listening skills
have a degree which was taught in English
if you were a student, your sponsor confirmed on your CAS that you met the required level
for this above, I am saying - NO as she has taken the English language test and I am answering as below.
Have you passed an approved English language test?Yes
Did the test assess your speaking and listening skills at a level equivalent to CEFR B1 or higher?Yes
How did you get your result?Online reference numberAwarding bodyTrinity College London
Reference numberTCL/160122/058501/600728550
Is this ok ?
Thanks

Hello Again,
Very basic stupid question.
For my wife's ILR who is Tier 2 dependent, I should be choosing one of the below options to get started.
Tier 1 or Global Talent dependants
Tier 1 migrant
Skilled Worker, Tier 2 or International Sportsperson dependant
Skilled Worker, Tier 2 or International Sportsperson
I am opting for Skilled Worker, Tier 2 or International Sportsperson dependant. Is that fine?
Thanks

Dear All,
I have submitted my Wife and sons ILR application. my son is 11 years old.
Now I am uploading the scanned documents. For my son's application, I see proof of application.
What are we supposed to upload here?
Thanks

You should have received an email from UKVI that says you have applied and paid, or there should be a pdf you can download from the application page.

Those document type sections are just there for your convenience and do not apply to all applicants. Caseworkers see all documents and you do not need to upload irrelevant documents
