Dear member,

I am going to apply for ILR via 10 year long residence route.

I left the UK on 3 March 2014 and returned on 22 August 2014, total absence 171 days.

Then I left the UK on14 Jan 2015 and returned on 27 Jan 2015, total absence 12 days.

Am I over the 180 days absence limit?

Many thanks

For long residence it is any SINGLE absence of 180 days ore more, not multiple absence making 180 days per 12 month cycle.

You have posted before that you already have ILR based on 10 years long residence??
