Hi All,

I have following questions on ILR 10 Years Long Residence.

1) I entered UK on 12-Feb-2013 with "TIER 2 ICT SHORT TERM STAFF MIGRANT" Visa and went back to India on 19-Jan-2014. I then entered UK on 05-Mar-2014 with "TIER 2 ICT LONG TERM STAFF MIGRANT" Visa. I would like to know if this period (12-Feb-2013 to 19-Jan-2014) will be considered for the ILR 10 Years Long Residence Route.

2) Can the ILR Long Residence be applied 28 days prior to reaching 10 years?

3) Can you please share the Link for the ILR Long residence application form?

Thanks

1. All visas count. I assume you left the UK on 19-Jan-2014 when you still had a valid visa?
2. Yes
3. https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/product/set-lr

Thanks @Zimba

1) Yes. I had Valid Visa when I left UK on 19-Jan-2014. My concern was that I applied for new VISA and entered UK with entry clearance. I hope this is not an issue for the 10 year Long residence route.
