Correct form for ILR for my wife

We are so confused my wife is on spouse leave to remain visa which was from 13 feb 2018 to 24 May 2023 she is from nz I have British passport and our 2 children british which ILR does she need to apply for or can she directly apply for citizenship its so confusing any help is appreciated

She needs to apply for ILR before being eligible for citizenship.

Which ILR as on GOV site there are all different ones and if we pick the incorrect one we could lose all our money.

She can apply ONLY within 28 days of completing 5 years under the family route to be eligible for ILR (assuming she was granted a family visa under the 5-year route). She will be eligible in 2023 given the dates. You should use form SET(M):

For ILR, there are financial requirements to be met:

Once she gets ILR, she can immediately apply to naturalise as a British citizen using form AN1. Once she attends her citizenship ceremony, she can apply to get a British passport
