UK born Child not Included in Our ILR

Dears,
Myself,Wife and my son born outside UK applied for ILR last month in faster track and we haven't received any decision yet because they have asked us to submit the document for Cohabitation again though we have submitted with our initial application.

And also Why we have not included UK born Child as the dependent applicant ?
we haven't included her in our application because we were planning to apply her MN1 registration directly once we receive our ILR , But her BRP now expired and we didn't received the decision yet.

My question is:
will it affect our ILR application as we haven't included her in our application, any change of refusal of our application ?

is there any way to correct it now by applying her separately ?

It would be great if someone can advice us on this case or had experienced a similar issue and how it ended.

Thanks, Jiju

is there any way to correct it now by applying her separately ? Not needed

It would be great if someone can advice us on this case or had experienced a similar issue and how it ended.

I haven't received any response from home office even after answering the query to home office query.
Though I have paid for priority service , on the 4th day they have asked some query and automatically our priority service eligibility gone ?? .
is there any timeline for them to take the decision if we are in priority service after responding to their queries ? one its been more than a month after submitting the biometric

Its bit frustrating to wait like this way without any kind of communication and time period
What is the best way to get a response from home office ?
