ILR Set(M) - Financial Requirement - Pregnancy

Hi everyone,

I'll soon apply to ILR after living in the UK via Spouse visa (5 years route).
I'm currently pregnant but don't expect to give birth before submitting the visa application.
Should I mention it under financial requirement (as in financial requirement for having a partner and one child £22,400) or since the child hasn't born yet I shouldn't declare it and just choose partner £18,600?
I comply with this requirement either way (fortunately my partner and I earn more than this) but I'm afraid the application will get rejected over technicality and so I wouldn't want to take unnecessary risks.

Thank you!

The child is not born yet and not stating that you are expecting a baby is not a technicality that you will be penalised for.
Keep your application to you solely.
