Hi,

I need to submit some new evidence for my ILR 10 years. I've attended my biometrics. This is after they've given me a limited leave to remain, which I don't intend to accept, but I would like to submit new evidence for some periods for which I have compassionate reasons. Can I have a monitored Home Office email address hopefully by tomorrow, at 14:00. I would also like to send physical copies to the Home Office address, which considered ILR applications on 10 years continuous residency in the UK.

Please let me know. You would help me by saving me.

Absence limit for the long residence ILR is very strict. You should have submitted all evidence during the application. It is very unlikely any new evidence can be used for the grant of ILR now. There is no specific way to submit evidence to UKVI

Are you aware of any email address that is monitored constantly by the Home Office to submit new evidence, i.e. in the cases when more information is required? If I send new evidence and the Home Office has not made a decision yet, technically speaking the Home Office has a legal obligation to still consider it.

I do not know of any email addresses. You may contact the UKVI and ask for a an address or an email

Really tou want to speak technicalities with HO? Thought documents are till application submission date.

Emailing random ukvi emails won't get you the response you seek. UKVI doesn't have to accept new evidence from you if you did not submit them with a justification when you applied for ILR. UKVI also do not have to exercise discretion simply because you ask for it

What did the letter/ Email from ukvi say that you don't qualify for ILR based on long residence?

What are the compassionate reasons and what are your absences?

Imagine what Soichiro Honda would have accomplished if he listened to people around him, who said that he could not rebuild his factory.

His factory was bombed twice during the war and was virtually destroyed. The steel needed to rebuild his factory was not available as it was being used for armaments. How much more could a man take? Most people would have given up at this point, but the tremendous persistence and resilience Honda had, meant that he found yet another way.
