Hi,
I am applying as dependent SET(O) ILR application Tier 2 General dependent route, I have all the requirements fulfilled as per the guidelines. While filling my online SET(O) application realized that my last UK admission entry (May2022) has been done on my older passport by an immigration officer mistakenly at Heathrow.
What to do? is it ok to submit with cover letter mentioning the details of older passport number and scanned copies of all my passport pages along with my travel tickets to UK on this particular travel date?
Please suggest.
Regards
palanisw

No. You do not need to provide any UK entry stamps. All UK entry details are held by UKVI

Thank you Zimba, in the older passport when immigration office stamped admission entry on May 2022, he had used correct BRP number and mentioned above the stamp.
I was wondering he may referred older passport to make my UKVI entry and used BRP number. Can you please help me understand how the UKVI entry are made during arrival to UK?
I would be applying ILR with my children as well and planned a India trip coming summer vacation, in case of any delay on ILR approval my travel plan may impact. I will be applying on priority service, If it is an application mistake how long UKVI will provide a decision?

All entries are recorded digitally. The stamps in your passport are just part of the procedure. Note that priority service has no guarantees. Also, we can not know if your application will be complex or not. This is up to the UKVI

You're completely overthinking and worrying about nothing. Stamp on older passport doesn't affect your ILR.
Stupid submit travel manifest of everyone on board prior to your arrival. This probably contains the valid passport details your travelling with as well.
For the HO, it's just to verify if your documents and fingerprints check out. The stamps are actually for you, so you know when you entered the country. HO have their own database log.

Hi,
I was trying to upload mandatory documents to UKVCAS website.
There are two consent form requested to submit on the website , but both are asking my spouse consent,
"The passport issued by India for "Mrs My Name", Declaration signed by "Mr Spouse Name" to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification checks, Consent form for the Home Office to request verification checks on "Mr Spouse Name" for joint accounts or third party support"
My Spouse already received ILR and myself applying for ILR with children's. Can you please help me who has to sign the consent form?
Thanks

You sign part 1 and your spouse signs part 2.

Thank you,
I am little confused here, who will be the primary applicant? Is it me or my husband , in the SET O application there is a section it asked "The person you are joining or accompanying" and provide my husband details. My husband having ILR already.
I am applying as his dependent with two other childeren,
in this context UKVCAS website says
The passport issued by India for "Mrs my name", Declaration signed by Mr husband name to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification checks, Consent form for the Home Office to request verification checks on Mr husband name for joint accounts or third party support
in the document checklist by UKVI has below two items in other documents section.
Consent form for the Home Office to request verification checks on Mr Husband name for joint accounts or third party support
Declaration signed by Mr husband name Y to confirm consent for the Home Office to
request verification checks
I did nt see anywhere asking my consent, I am sorry to ask you again, but I am not sure who has to give consent

You are the applicant. So your name goes in the main applicant part of the form, not your husband's.
