ILR Proof of Accomodation

Hi,
So I am currently on a student visa and about to apply for my ILR as I have been living in the UK since 2010 but because of recent events I have been estranged from my family which means I am living with my partner and his family. I know that I need to have a letter of accommodation since I do not have a tenancy agreement and I am planning to write a letter that his parents will be signing to give consent of my stay here. Will that be an issue when applying for my ILR? Thank you.
