Pbs dependent ILR query please

Good morning all,

I have a question for my wife applying for ILR. My wife has tier-2 dependent visa for 7 years and will apply for ILR this end of year.
I have my ILR already from 2020 and my daughter is already British citizen since she was born in England. and I have the ILR status.
However, I checked in the UK GOV ILR website. it is written that, for my wife to be eligible to apply for ILR form Tier-2 dependent (> 5 years) route, she must have enough income and not being using public funds.
My wife does not work (only a housewife) and we currently have "child benefit" (we applied when I got my ILR 2020 and when y daughter got her British citizen).

may I know whether these will be a problem?

here is what the UK GOC ILR web says:
You must both:
- have enough income to support yourselves and your dependents
- not be using public funds
according to this link: https://www.gov.uk/indefinite-leave-to- ... -work-visa

Many thanks.
Really need you help!

Do it tag your questions onto other topics not relevant to your visa route ILR please.

She does not need to prove she has income. There is no financial evidence required for pbs dependent ILR.

You holding ILR can claim child benefits.
