Hi everyone,

Could someone please answer the following questions.

1 - There's no health surchage for ILR. Is this correct?
2 - Can the applicant take a family member for help to the super priority appointment at Croydon?
3 - One can apply for British Citizenship straight away after receiving the ILR? (Married to a British Citizen)

Thanks in advance.

Correct.

Super Priority service is a UKVI service. The appointment at UKCVAS, a third party agent, is only to enroll biomtrics. UKCVAS might allow someone other than the applicant, they might not.
3 - One can apply for British Citizenship straight away after receiving the ILR? (Married to a British Citizen)
Please ask British citizenship questions in the relevant sub forum, link below. These questions are not relevant to the ILR sub forum.
