Hello Members,
I had a query about my eligibility to file for ILR .
  • I first came to UK as a Tier 2 ICT Dependent(sponsored by my partner's employer) on 19th December 2015 and went back on 2nd Jan 2016 .
  • I then came again to UK on my own Tier 2 ICT Visa (sponsored by my employer)on 19th Feb 2016 and then switched to Tier 2 Skilled Worker in February 2021.
In all these years I have continuously resided in the UK lawfully . Considering the 10 year route ,when is the earliest date I can apply for my ILR application ?

Thanks in advance.

The date of entry is irrelevant now. You should assume a date of ILR decision and count your qualifying period backwards.

Read the advice under the following links to get a better understanding:

All you need to know about applying early, the application date, 28-day concession and more

Lawful and continuous residence changes to Long Residence route from 11 April 2024

Thanks zimba , very helpful. Ideally I want to apply in 3rd week of November using the priority route (which takes about 7 days) hence wanted to clarify if it’s within the 28 day grace period . As you can imagine, dont want to risk any complication just for the matter of 2 months.

In the first link, I explained how to do this and how to count backwards. Read through them
