Hi
I’m a British citizen my wife is on spouse visa she entered the country on 1 June 2021 and her BRP card was issued on 21-04-2021 which we collected after she came .

If anyone can please advice what’s the earliest she can apply for ILR

1st June 2021 plus 5 years minus 28 days.

Her brp card issue date is irrlevant for a spouse visa.

Her qualifying period starts from the date she entered the uk.
