T1 - Entrepreneur ILR APPLICATION JOB CREATION

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some urgent advice regarding my Tier 1 Entrepreneur ILR application and the job creation requirement.
I have 3 employees across 2 different job roles:
Employee 1 works 32 hours per week in one role.
Employee 2 works 10 hours per week.
Employee 3 works 20 hours per week.
The 10-hour and 20-hour employees are in the same role, so together they make up a 30-hour-per-week position. These arrangements have been maintained for over 12 months.
The issue is that when I checked the payroll records, the accounting software shows the combined hours for the 10-hour and 20-hour employees as 129.99 hours per month for a period of 4 months. As we all know, 30 hours per week averages to around 130 hours per month, so this appears to be only 0.01 hours (36 seconds) short.
The employees genuinely worked 30 hours per week between them, and after that 4-month period their combined monthly hours increased to 132.55 hours. It seems this may simply be a result of how the payroll software calculates monthly averages.
Has anyone had a similar situation? Would it be sensible to ask my accountant to provide a written explanation of the software calculations and confirm that the role was in fact a genuine 30-hour-per-week position? Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
