Dependent children over 18 yrs are not included in the category you mention, they will use SET O form and pay same same fees as the main applicant

Hi...I am eligible for ILR and I am planning to file my application (along with 2 of my dependants, wife + kid under 16). I will be using the Set O form (as I was in WP and later moved to Tier-1).

Is the new fees applicable in my case?
Old Fees for Premium service (Self+2 dependants) is £1120 (1020 + 2x50)
New Fees for Premium service (Self+2 dependants) is £ 1403 (1095 + 2x154) which is effective fro 6th Apr 2010.

Please provide your thoughts!

Surely that is dependent upon your date of application.

Hi John...Thanks for your response. I understand the concept regarding the date of the application. However, I am keen to know whether this new fees is applicable for my case after 6th April. My application will be for an ILR and I am currently on a Tier-1 VISA (earlier it was WP). Hope my question is clear.

Thanks for any assistance.

Deep...you are right. Even I am under the same confusion after reading the document in Home Office website.

Can some senior members shed some light? Thanks!
