Benifits after ilr

hi 2 all,
i recently got ilr wanna know what type of benifits i can apply?is taking benifits will effect my PR?becides life in uk test what else i have to show for permanent residence...thanks

If you already have ILR, why are you asking about PR? Don't understand.
And if you do have ILR, why are you asking about the Life in the UK Citizenship test? How did you get ILR?

I assume you got ILR under HSMP which does not require LIUK test.

sonia jahan, now that you have ILR there is no problem you claiming any benefits that your circumstances dictate you are entitled to.
How did you get your ILR?

OK, understand. Get the Life in the UK Citizenship test out of the way, and then when you can pass the "applicant was physically in the UK exactly 5 years before UKBA receive the Naturalisation application" test, you can indeed make that application (assuming other tests passed as well).

Will have to wait for one year after ILR, to satisfy the one year, no restriction requirement .

if you working then you get working tax credit
if you not working then you get JSA
if you working or not working you can get housing & council benefits
