Hello

I would like to know if an asylum seeker , who is applying for ILR after having spent 5 years on the humanitarian grounds ,

1) has to sit the test language.

2) is allowed to use the-same-day-premium-visa process.

3) should pay for the application.

thanks beforehand

Thank you for the reply.

1) A sollicitor from an immigration charity said she doesnt have to but she is sceptical about it.

2) ok

3) She made a previous application , without paying following the same sollicitor' advises , after one year she has been asked to re apply before the the end of her current leave.

Another question is how long does it take for a reply?

thx
