ILR AFTER 10 FOR STUDENT

Hi all
i am few question concerning the ILR
firstly i am student and next year in october i will complete 10 years as student
Qs 1. am i eligible to apply for long resisdent
Qs 2. i have been in holidays in my natal country for 2 month and 1 month during these 9 years will that cause any issue
Qs 3. what are the procedures to apply for ILR and which form it is
